Will Android 14 introduce a battery status feature similar to iOS?

According to a recent report by developer Mishaal Rahman, Google has incorporated several new APIs into Android 14. These APIs allow apps to access detailed information about the battery, including manufacturing date, usage history, battery status, cycle count, and charging state. As depicted in the cover image, Rahman examined battery information using an open-source app called Batt. Those using Pixel devices running Android 14 Beta can install it from THIS LINK.
