When the iPhone X was released, Apple claimed they had placed a reverse-curved panel to integrate connectors into the screen, avoiding thickening the bottom edge of the phone. Despite five generations since the iPhone X, only the OPPO Find X, launched three years ago, adopted a similar panel approach to the iPhone.Looking at this new leaked image of the Galaxy S22, the bottom bezel appears very thin and uniform with the other edges. I speculate that the S22 will have a slim bezel similar to the iPhone. Samsung might adopt a screen design similar to the iPhone or devise another technology or solution for this issue.The Galaxy S series is usually unveiled during the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona at the end of February or early March each year. So, it's almost time for that, folks.
Apple depicts a screen bending backwards to place the ports in the middle of the device. Currently, only the iPhone X and Find X utilize this customized display panel, both manufactured by Samsung.
