The quaint streets of Hoi An are increasingly crowded with tourists, so the tranquility can only be found here in the early mornings, and it's no surprise that many visitors to Hoi An have fallen in love with the morning atmosphere along the peaceful Hoai River.
Witnessing the simple beauty of Hoi An in the early morning through the perspective of a young teacher
As the ancient town awakens, it's a refreshing, cool, and simple morning reminiscent of the old town paintings by artist Bui Xuan Phai, but instead of Hanoi, it's Hoi An. It would be wonderful if that morning the weather is fine, with a little early sun, women wearing conical hats bustling with street vendors, ancient houses still closed, no shops, no crowds... a wonderfully simple scene.
And the early morning in Hoi An of teacher Nguyen Ngoc in the pictures that Mytour presents below, is just as fresh!

Ngoc refers to Hoi An as the Streets of Nostalgia, sharing her experience of visiting Hoi An: “I came to Hoi An on an April day, with golden sunshine and gentle air. I was pleasantly surprised to find a space full of nostalgia yet equally civilized and elegant. The blue and red lanterns weren’t enough to captivate my eyes, the boats docked by the Hoai River weren’t enough to make me nostalgic for this place... What made me love this place the most were the old signs designed in the same style along all the streets I passed, the friendly smiles of the chicken rice, cao lau, and mi Quang vendors, the tiny beautiful houses adorned with green and purple flowers, and the mossy walls that emanate beauty from afar…”

“I admire the hospitality of the locals here when I borrowed their bicycle to roam around, they never refused. I cherish the early morning atmosphere along the peaceful Hoai River. And as I prepare to board the plane away from Hoi An, I silently vow, I will definitely come back to this nostalgic place soon” – teacher Nguyen Ngoc shared.
