Step 1: Select Insert -->Screenshot --> choose the program you want to capture (If you want to capture a specific program, you must open it first so it can appear in the ScreenShot section)
Step 2: Click on Screen Clipping. You will see a white window appear, hold down the left mouse button and drag to select the area you want to capture.
