Guide to Creating Diagonal Lines in Word 2007 Cells
Step 2: Select the cell you want to add diagonal lines to. Right-click and choose Borders and Shading…
Step 3: A dialog box will appear. In the Borders tab, select Box, choose the diagonal line style, and press OK.
