Overview
Upon stumbling upon a captivating review of someone's workspace on Mytour, I couldn't resist sharing my own setup. Just recently, I revamped my work corner, and now, here I am, shedding light on my workspace and the tech essentials that accompany it. The image above provides an overview of my workspace, and my personal favorite has to be the bookshelf - home to nearly 100 volumes. As promised, let's dive into the realm of the tech gadgets I possess. Without further ado, let's explore the first piece of technological marvel in my collection.- iPhone 13
Before venturing into the world of iPhones, I was a loyal member of Team Nokia. My journey with iPhones began with the iconic iPhone 4, and since then, I've upgraded through the 5s, 6s, 8, 11, and now, the iPhone 13. I snagged this beauty from Cellphone S, fully activated with warranty, for a neat 20 million. For me, it's the perfect balance; in the past, I stuck to 32GB or 64GB, but with the increasing storage demands of my work, I opted for the 128GB variant paired with a robust 200GB iCloud storage.
2. iPad Mini 5
Engaged in the dynamic field of sales, I've journeyed from insurance sales to banking credit, and currently, I find myself in a company specializing in training, consultancy, and funds for businesses. Given the frequent interactions with clients, having an iPad enhances the consultation process. After exploring options, I initially invested in the iPad Mini 4 for around 4 million. However, unsatisfied with its performance, I traded it for the newer Mini 5, acquired from H2O shop for approximately 9 to 10 million. (Now torn between keeping this and the irresistibly sleek Mac Air M1)
3. AirPods Pro
I acquired these earbuds during my banking days when phone calls flooded in, sometimes reaching a staggering 50 to 100 calls a day. Constantly reaching for the phone in my pocket became exhausting, prompting me to invest in this gem (and it seems credit professionals always have their ears plugged in). Purchased brand new from Mobile Viet for around 5.4 million, my favorite feature is the noise-cancellation, especially handy during focused client calls. However, it did lose its right earbud once, a tale of drowsy driving during a visit to my significant other's place.
4. Apple Watch Series 4
I picked up this watch during the pandemic when masks became a daily accessory. Considering my constant running around, envision the hassle of pulling down the mask to answer a call while on the move. That's when I snagged this beauty at a discounted price of 5 million. Later, iPhones introduced the feature of unlocking with a mask on, making me contemplate selling it. Yet, its seamless health tracking and workout monitoring convenience kept it on my wrist till now.
6. MacBook Air M1
I recently acquired this gem to meet the demands of my work, involving extensive note-taking and frequent mobility. My iPad, and perhaps even the iPad Pro, fell short, and the bulky 15.6-inch Asus laptop at home was just too cumbersome. Opting for this sleek MacBook, purchased from a reliable seller at a local market, it's still under warranty until March 2023, bought directly from FPT, and in immaculate condition for 18 million. Using it, I've noticed a superior user experience compared to Windows, mainly owing to its simplicity, convenience, and smooth performance.
Just wrapped up the review of my workspace and the tech gadgets I own. Thanks to all of you for tuning in!
