On July 8th, the writing competition on Social Insurance and Health Insurance was initiated by the Social Insurance Agency (abbreviated as SIA) with the aim of discovering and honoring individuals and organizations that have achieved outstanding accomplishments within and outside the industry, making positive contributions to SIA and Health Insurance; while encouraging everyone to actively participate in Social Insurance and Health Insurance.

Guidelines for the writing competition on social insurance and health insurance
Entries for individuals or author groups can take the form of articles in various genres such as reflection, notes, investigation, or even profiles. Instead of submitting just one article, participants, each author group, can submit a maximum of 5 articles in this competition.
The judging criteria prioritized by the organizing committee for the entries include articles with new discoveries, a public-oriented direction, high persuasive power, and articles with innovative ideas, effective approaches that can impact societal actions.
* Submission deadline: From the launch date until November 30, 2019
* Prize structure:
- 1 special prize: valued at 30 million VND
- 1 first prize: valued at 20 million VND
- 2 second prizes each valued at 15 million VND
- 5 third prizes each valued at 7 million VND
- 10 encouragement prizes each valued at 5 million VND
In addition, the organizing committee will propose the Social Insurance Agency to reward the units and groups of the Social Insurance Agency in provinces and cities with the highest number of submitted entries.
