+ Employees have the unilateral right to terminate the labor contract as stipulated in the Labor Law and guidance documents of the State labor management agencies, but must notify the employer at least 30 (thirty) days in advance and hand over complete documents and tasks to the person designated by the Company. In case the employee violates the advance notice provision and fails to hand over, they must take responsibility and compensate as specified.
2. Obligations.
- Fulfill the committed tasks in the labor contract.
- Adhere to the directives of production and business operations, internal regulations, labor discipline, and occupational safety.
- Commit to safeguarding the following information:
+ Provide or work (indirectly or directly) for any other competing entity of the Company (as defined by the company's Board of Directors) or any subsidiaries, affiliates, or branches of competing entities.
+ Misuse or disclose to any individual or group any confidential information of the company or the company's business secrets.
- Compensation for violations and material damages: In accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code and the company's regulations.
Article 4: Responsibilities and powers of the employer.
1. Responsibilities:
- Ensure employment and fulfill all commitments in the employment contract.
- Ensure full and timely payment of labor contracts, collective labor agreements (if any), and corresponding benefits for employees.
2. Powers
- Manage employees to complete tasks as per the contract.
- Transfer, rearrange, and allocate tasks in accordance with the specialized training or labor needs of the company.
- Unilaterally terminate labor contracts, discipline employees in the following cases:
+ Employees fail to complete assigned tasks on schedule without effort, display opposition, intentional delays...
+ Disclose the company's business information without the approval of the company's Director.
+ Employees seriously violate the company's rules, labor regulations, and labor discipline.
+ Employees lack responsibility in their work, causing damage to the company.
+ Other cases as specified by labor laws.
- Have the right to impose penalties, demand compensation from employees who violate discipline and cause damage to the company;
- Have the right to temporarily suspend labor contracts for employees to rectify non-serious work errors that do not warrant termination of the labor contract.
Article 5: Enforcement Provisions.
- Matters related to labor not specified in this labor contract shall be governed by the provisions of collective agreements; in the absence of a collective agreement, labor laws shall apply.
- The labor contract is made in two copies of equal value, with the employee holding one copy, and takes effect from the date of signing. When both parties sign an appendix to the labor contract, the contents of the appendix have the same validity as the contents of this labor contract.

3. Guide on Writing Employment Contracts
The employment contract is divided into 3 sections, including information about the employer, information about the employee, and the agreed-upon terms.
* Section on Employer Information
- Section 'Mr./Ms. ...... Nationality': Write the full name of the company representative and the nationality of the signatory of the employment contract on behalf of the company leadership. If the gender is male, strike out the word 'Ms.' and vice versa.
- Section 'Position': Specify the job title of the signing representative.
- Section 'Representative for .... Phone number ....': Write the name of the company as per the business registration certificate and its number.
- Section 'Address': Write the address of the company according to the business registration certificate.
* Section on Employee Information
- Section 'Mr./Ms. .... Nationality .....': Write the full name and nationality of the employee.
- Section 'Born on .... in ....': Specify the date of birth and place of birth of the employee as per the ID card.
