Preparing for Writing Exercise: Listening and Narrating: Where Did I Read?
Solution Guide:
Question 1 (page 92 of Vietnamese Language textbook 3): Listen and retell the story Where Did I Read?
Answer:
A person sits writing a letter to you right in the post office. Suddenly, he notices the person sitting next to him sneakily reading his letter being written. Irritated, he adds to the letter: 'Sorry. I can't continue writing because someone is reading my letter over my shoulder.'
The person sitting next to him exclaims:
- That's not true! I haven't been reading your letter at all!
Reading someone else's mail is not good. Peeking at others' letters is impolite. We need to respect the owners of those letters, folks!
Question 2 (page 92 of Vietnamese Language textbook 3): Talk about your hometown or where you currently live.
Response:
Nha Trang is my hometown. It's a very beautiful coastal city. Nha Trang emanates the gentle colors of nature. The sky is blue, the space is vast, and the gentle waves of the sea always chatter like chatting with tourists. Anyone who has been to Nha Trang beach in the morning will surely not forget the scene of the sunrise, it's like a giant ball slowly rising in the middle of the sea. Thousands of sparkling rays on the water surface. The vast, sparkling sea, endless and enchanting.
Along with the romantic beauty of nature, Nha Trang also has a bustling urban scene created by human hands. High-rise buildings, luxurious villas. The roads are upgraded, and the streets are bustling with traffic... All of this has made the coastal city in my hometown even more beautiful and lovely.
