I. Structure for Writing Messages:
1. Introduction: Recipient information.
2. Content:
- Present the reason for writing the message.

3. Conclusion: Reiterate the information in the message.

Scenario: Grandpa is coming over to take me book shopping. At that time, my parents are out. Write a reassuring message to them.

Hey Mom and Dad!
Dad took the initiative to accompany the little one on a book shopping adventure. Around 9 PM, the duo will return, sending a reassuring text to keep parents at ease.
