Xiaomi 13 series is the successor to the 12 Pro.
The Xiaomi 13 series is equipped with AMOLED displays featuring an in-screen fingerprint sensor and a punch-hole design in the middle of the top. Both support a 120Hz refresh rate, maximum brightness of 1900 nits, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG. The standard version has a flat 6.36-inch Full HD+ display, while the Pro version has a curved 6.73-inch QHD+ display.
Xiaomi 13 has a square-edged design that appears somewhat compact, while the Pro version is slim and light. Both have dust and water resistance with an IP68 rating. The back is coated with a nano layer for easy cleaning. The devices are equipped with dual speakers supporting Dolby Atmos.
The back houses a trio of cameras tuned by Leica. The standard version has three sensors, including the main Sony IMX800 50MP sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10MP telephoto camera. The Pro version features the Sony IMX989 50MP sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera. The front camera has a resolution of 16MP.
In terms of specifications, this pair is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, accompanied by up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB internal storage in UFS 4.0 standard. To ensure the device stays cool, Xiaomi has incorporated a liquid cooling system into the 13 series. Upon purchase, the phone comes pre-installed with the MIUI 14 user interface on the Android 13 operating system.
Xiaomi 13 features a 4500mAh battery supporting 67W wired fast charging, while the Pro version with a 4820mAh battery supports 120W fast charging. This duo features the Surge G1 chip to protect the charging circuit and provides 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging capabilities.
The device supports 5G, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, infrared remote control, and a USB-C charging port.
