Currently, Xiaomi's official Weibo account and website in China have not confirmed the launch date of the Xiaomi 13 series. Nevertheless, screenshots from the Mi Store app shared on Weibo indicate that this product line will debut on December 11th, which falls on a Sunday.

Screen capture images suggest that the launch event will be held at 7 p.m. local time on the aforementioned date. Besides the Xiaomi 13 series, the company is expected to introduce several other products, such as MIU 14, Xiaomi Watch S2, Xiaomi Buds 4, and Xiaomi Mini Host, the company's first desktop computer.
Recent leaks have revealed extensive details about the Xiaomi 13 series. The standard variant will feature a 6.36-inch flat E6 AMOLED display with options for leather and glass backs. On the other hand, the Xiaomi 13 Pro will boast a 6.73-inch curved-edge Quad-HD+ AMOLED display. Both models will support a 120Hz refresh rate. The Pro variant will offer choices for leather and ceramic backs.

Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage. The standard variant will house a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging, while the Pro model will feature a 4,820mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
Xiaomi 13 features a triple camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel (main) + 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 10-megapixel lens. The Pro variant will sport a triple camera system with 50-megapixel (main) + 50-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 50-megapixel (telephoto) configurations. Both phones are expected to come pre-installed with Android 13 operating system with MIUI 14 user interface.
