According to Gizmochina, China's 3C authority recently approved a Xiaomi device with model number 2304FPN6DC. Now, the same phone has just obtained TENAA certification, as seen in the accompanying image. This smartphone is believed to be the upcoming Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Although the list lacks configuration information, it appears that the device is gradually approaching its launch date.
Meanwhile, the 3C certification for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra reveals that the device may support 90W wired fast charging. Some previous reports suggest that Xiaomi's next flagship may also feature 50W wireless charging support.
Additionally, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra may sport a front 32-megapixel camera. The rear camera system of this smartphone is rumored to include the Sony IMX989 1-inch 50-megapixel main sensor, ultra-wide-angle lens, telephoto camera, and periscope lens.
Rumors surrounding the Xiaomi 13 Ultra include a curved E6 AMOLED display, measuring 6.73 inches, with Quad-HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Internally, the device is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, coupled with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, and runs on the Android 13 operating system out of the box.
