Xiaomi's latest marvel, the MIX Fold 3, boasts an expansive 8.02-inch display with a dazzling brightness of 2,600 nits, ensuring clarity even under the brightest conditions.

With just days left until its grand debut, Xiaomi is busy teasing the key features of the MIX Fold 3. Today, a teaser divulges details about the display and battery of this innovative phone.

Specifically, Xiaomi reveals that the MIX Fold 3 will sport a foldable AMOLED display measuring 8.02 inches, delivering a 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 2,600 nits. According to Xiaomi's founder and CEO, Lei Jun, under continuous display of a white image at 500 nits brightness and keeping the screen on until it shuts off, the MIX Fold 3 delivers an impressive battery life of 8 hours and 20 minutes. This figure represents a 52% increase over the previous generation.

According to Xiaomi, the MIX Fold 3 will offer a battery life of 1.34 days. This achievement is made possible through the combination of a dual-cell battery system and Xiaomi Surge chip. The brand has yet to disclose the device's battery capacity, but earlier reports claim it will feature a 4,800mAh battery with wired charging at 67W and wireless charging at 50W.

Additionally, the MIX Fold 3 will be the company's first foldable smartphone featuring a quad-camera setup optimized by Leica, housing a 50-megapixel primary sensor. One of the notable improvements of this phone stems from its new hinge design, enhancing durability while making it thinner and lighter than its predecessor.
