Xiaomi CIVI 4 Pro boasts an attractive design paired with high-end hardware components.

In terms of design, the CIVI 4 Pro doesn't deviate much from its predecessor, the CIVI 3. The rear panel of the device still features a circular camera module housing three lenses and an LED flash, surrounded by a metal ring with a matching color pattern. The CIVI 4 Pro comes in four color options (alongside special edition variants): Spring Field Green, Soft Mist Pink, Breeze Blue, and Black.
Among these, the most standout is the Spring Field Green variant with a glossy finish, delivering vibrant spring colors and a water-like pattern, achieved through a unique 'color plating' process. The Spring Field Green edition also features a patterned rear panel, possibly made from vegan leather.

The side of the device is flat, with curved edges for a more comfortable grip. On the front, the device features subtle curves with ultra-thin bezels, measuring 1.6mm, 1.44mm, and 2.02mm for the top, side, and bottom edges, respectively. The 6.55-inch display boasts a resolution of 2750 x 1236 pixels and a pixel density of 460 PPI. This display offers DCI-P3 color coverage, a 120Hz refresh rate, and reaches a maximum brightness of 3000 nits.
It also supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and features Wet Touch technology to prevent accidental touches when the screen is wet. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and features an in-screen fingerprint sensor. In terms of audio, the CIVI 4 Pro features stereo speakers. Overall, the device measures 7.45mm thick and weighs 179 grams.

In terms of performance, the CIVI 4 Pro is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, manufactured on TSMC's 4nm process, with a maximum clock speed of 3.0GHz. The chipset is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 also provides robust support for AI applications.

The CIVI 4 Pro comes with a 4700mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging, capable of fully charging the device in just 40 minutes. To control temperature, the device employs a 4184mm² vapor chamber cooling system. On the software side, the device runs on HyperOS based on Android 14.

In terms of connectivity, it supports 5G, dual-band WiFi 6, and Bluetooth 5.4 with AAC/LDAC/LHDC support. The device also features NFC, infrared remote control, and supports Beidou, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, QZSS, and AGNSS positioning.

The camera system is a significant improvement of the CIVI 4 Pro. The main camera of the device is equipped with an OmniVision Light Fusion 800 50MP f/1.63 sensor with OIS stabilization, paired with a Leica Summilux lens. The phone also features a portrait + tele 50MP JN1 camera with an f/1.98 aperture and autofocus. The third camera on the back is a 12MP ultra-wide sensor with a 120° field of view and an f/2.2 aperture.
