Today, the Xperia 1 V unexpectedly appeared in an advertisement board in Hong Kong, confirming its design.

The new advertising image for Sony's next flagship shows that it will have the tagline “one for all lights”. Previous reports have revealed that Sony will use the IMX989 sensor for the main camera of the Xperia 1 V, but they may also use the IMX858 sensor to provide better noise reduction for users.
The Xperia 1 V is expected to retain the 3.5mm headphone jack, volume buttons, power button, and camera button on the same side, while the bottom edge houses the USB-C port and speaker. The device will be equipped with the most powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor Qualcomm currently offers, along with 16GB of RAM.
Expected specifications: 6.5-inch flat display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, main camera 48MP, wide-angle camera 12MP, telephoto camera 12MP, 12MP selfie camera, and 5,000mAh battery.
