- HB3: The GPA of 3 subjects in grade 12 according to the admission combination reaches 17.0 points
Note: Nursing majors consider candidates with a grade 12 academic performance rated from good or a graduation examination score from 6.5 or higher; Pharmacy majors consider candidates with a grade 12 academic performance rated excellent or a graduation examination score from 8.0 or higher.

- For Pharmacy majors: High school graduates must have a grade 12 academic performance rated good or a graduation examination score from 6.5 or higher; and achieved a score of 800 or higher.
