How to check your ASUS laptop
Step 1: Firstly, check if your device has the My ASUS app installed. You can go to the Microsoft Store, search for My ASUS in the search box to find the app.
Step 2: Next, if you have already downloaded it, there will be an OPEN button for you to open the app; otherwise, there will be a
Step 3: After the download is complete, press OPEN to launch the app.
Step 4: Next, select the language for the software. Since this software supports Vietnamese, choose Vietnamese for easier usage. Then click I Agree to accept the application's terms, and then click Next to proceed to the next step.
Step 5: Log in to the application using your ASUS Member account, or you can also use Facebook or Google accounts to access the application's tools.
Step 6: After successfully logging in, on the application's main page, you'll find a section called Diagnose with a Click. Simply click on it to have your device scanned, checked, and automatically detect errors for you.
Step 7: After waiting for a certain period of time for the software to check for errors, if your device has no issues, the software will notify you that the device is still okay. However, if there are any issues, the software will specify the error as shown in the image below. You can click on it for more details.
Step 8: After clicking on the issue, you'll receive detailed information about all the checks performed on your device. Review and consider contacting the warranty center for repair or maintenance.
