-After cooking, cool the beans. Then, in a pot with about 1 liter of water, add the roasted beans, bring to a boil and simmer gently. After 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat, strain to remove the solids, keeping only the black bean water for consumption.
-Store black bean water in the fridge, consuming a 250ml glass each time. For added taste, mix in a teaspoon of honey before drinking.
-Daily morning consumption of black bean water for 1-2 weeks promises noticeable skin improvement, offering a brighter, smoother, and more radiant complexion. It miraculously reduces wrinkles and significantly decreases hair fall, also aiding in weight loss.
