Step 1: Access Here to proceed with creating a Zalo page.
Step 2: Enter your phone number, Zalo password to log in to Zalo (If you don't have an account, you need to register a Zalo account first)
Step 3: At the top right corner, click on 'Create a New Official Account'.
Step 4: At this point, Zalo will display various accounts, and you can choose a suitable account:
- Content: For media agencies and artists, singers.
- Business: For businesses, shops, business households introducing products, services, and brands.
- State agencies: For state agencies, organizations, and public administrative services.

Step 5: In the 'Subcategories' section, you choose to click on 'Select category'
Then, choose the appropriate category, for example, click 'Other Services' and then click 'Continue'.
Step 6: Here, you enter the necessary information:
- Official Account Name: Enter the store name.
- Description: Describe your sales channel. Minimum of 20 characters and must be in Vietnamese with accents.
- Contact Person's Name: Enter the seller's name.
- Contact Phone Number: Enter the main phone number for customers to easily contact your page.
After filling in, click on 'Continue'.
Step 7: Update cover photo and profile picture. After finishing, click on 'Continue'.
Step 8: Click on Select province, select district to choose a suitable address, then enter house number, ward, commune information in the Enter house number, ward, commune field. After that, click on 'Complete'. That's it, you have created Zalo page. (Note: Follow this guide step by step for effective registration).
However, you need to check the registered email to activate your Zalo page account. After successful activation, your Zalo page will be reviewed by Zalo administrators within 7 working days. After the 7-day period, you can use the registered Zalo page.
