Step 1: Download and install the latest version of Zalo PC from here.

Step 2: Open Zalo, log in to your account, select the Quick Messages icon => click on the Manage tab.
Step 3: Here, press
Step 4: Enter Shortcut Key and Message Content into the blank.
For example, as illustrated below, we set the quick reply Shortcut Key as number 1 and its Content as 'Hello Mytour' => press Add.
Step 5: Immediately you will see that you have created quick reply messages on Zalo PC with the shortcut key as number, accompanied by the content below.
- Users can create up to 50 quick reply messages on Zalo PC.
Step 6: Now you only need to type /1 to display the quick message content that was previously assigned to the shortcut key, you can Select or press Enter and send that content.
- Additionally, you can Edit (pencil icon) or Delete (trash can icon) quick messages on Zalo PC that were previously created.
