Comparing Zalo's Subscription Packages
Zalo has announced a reduction in features for free users starting June and will begin charging from 1/8. Zalo offers paid packages to unlock features, especially for businesses and sellers on Zalo. Specifically:
- Basic Package: Free.
- Trial Package: 10,000 VND/month.
- Advanced Package: 59,000 VND/month.
- Premium Package: 399,000 VND/month.

For users of the Basic Package, the following changes and limitations will apply on Zalo:
- Posts on Zalo's diary won't be displayed to strangers, hence strangers won't be able to view or comment.
- If someone searches by phone number, the account will only be displayed a maximum of 40 times/month.
- Each account can only message a maximum of 40 unknown accounts/month. If exceeding 40 conversations/month, users can only see messages without being able to reply.
- Each account can have a maximum of about 1,000 friends. Upon exceeding, the account won't be able to make friends or accept friend requests from other accounts.
- Accounts cannot use usernames.
- Each account will have 5 quick messages.
