1. Re-enable Vietnamese keyboard on Android, iPhone
This is the first method for you to check the Zalo typing issue on your phone starting from where:
- For Android devices
Step 1 : You access the Settings app, then choose Language & input as shown below.
Here, you select the keyboard you are using on the device, in this example, Mytour.vn chooses the Google Keyboard.
Step 2 : Next, you choose Language , and re-enable the Vietnamese keyboard to fix the Zalo typing issue on Android.
After activating this feature, you can return to the Zalo app interface and check if we have successfully resolved the issue or not?
- For iPhone devices
Step 1 : Just like before, you will need to access the Settings app, select General option.
Then we will search and select the Keyboard option as shown above.
Step 2 : Next, to fix the Zalo typing issue on iPhone, press select keyboard and check if there is a Vietnamese keyboard available?
If you don't see the Vietnamese Keyboard option here, you need to press select add new keyboard option .
Step 3 : Finally, you will search for the Vietnamese keyboard in the list of languages supported by the device system.
And you return to the Zalo app interface, here we press hold the globe icon on the iPhone keyboard and select the Vietnamese option.
2. Update, reload Zalo app
If re-enabling the Vietnamese keyboard on Android, iPhone still doesn't help you resolve the issue of not being able to type Vietnamese on Zalo, you will need to check the Zalo app on your device again, as well as update this app to the latest version.
