If we were to name a 'talented but flawed' player in the VCS, many fans might think of Zeros. Once a renowned and highly skilled professional player in the Vietnamese LMHT scene, Zeros decided to end his career at the peak of a player's prime. After a controversial incident that led to a Global Ban by Riot, the former SBTC Esports star's life took a 180-degree turn.
After the penalty, Zeros disappeared from the professional LMHT scene and focused on becoming a streamer. Recently, he ran into trouble with his own editor. Specifically, after agreeing on a salary with the editor, Zeros stopped streaming regularly. Consequently, he didn't provide enough material for the editor to work on. However, when it came time to pay the salary, Zeros used the excuse of low productivity to cut the editor's pay. It wasn't until the editor decided to publicly accuse Zeros that he negotiated and paid the outstanding salary.
Despite sending apologies and attempting to resolve the issue with the editor, Zeros has lost favor with many of his fans. Even after Zeros received the penalty, many fans continued to support the former SE player. However, time and time again, Zeros himself has landed in trouble, disappointing his own fans. In a post in his fan group, numerous comments condemned the action of salary debts and cited various reasons against the former SE player.
For a long time, Zeros has been irregular with his streams, sometimes disappearing for weeks. According to some sources, Nimo has also terminated its contract with Zeros. Previously, he had been warned multiple times by the platform for violating rules during his streams.
In reality, Zeros still has numerous opportunities after Riot's penalty. Gradually, in the eyes of the Vietnamese LMHT community, Zeros is truly becoming a 'sheep herder' and causing others to bear the blame like him.
The fan support for Zeros, once derived from his past gaming performances and current ranking battles, is diminishing. Zeros no longer displays the same enthusiasm for LMHT. Perhaps, Zeros is genuinely preparing for a different direction in his career, and that path may have no connection to LMHT or Esports anymore.
