Our household's 'lioness' is someone who has an insatiable appetite for sandwiches. The aroma of freshly baked bread, and none other, sometimes makes her wish for a home bread-making machine, envisioning the ability to create all her favorite types of sandwiches. As for myself, I know nothing about sandwiches other than the ones sold on the sidewalk: meat sandwiches, fish sandwiches. Occasionally, I make some croissants, but eating them only serves to stave off hunger rather than truly crave sandwiches like our 'lioness' at home.
Things I Like
Well, buying a home bread-making machine would suffice, allowing us to make whichever type we desire, and saving us the trouble of going out to buy them. Finally settled on the Zojirushi bread-making machine, model BB-HAQ10. Purchased on installment payment. The item was shipped from China, priced around 1.5 million VND cheaper than buying directly from the official store. So, just close our eyes and take the plunge, because when our 'lioness' craves, we must do our utmost to satisfy her, or else we'll be in trouble. Quite a predicament!This machine is truly sleek. With dimensions of 28.5cm x 21cm x 31cm (about a forearm and a half), it sits neatly on the table or countertop, taking up minimal space. It's also quite straightforward, consisting of the machine body, a dough tray, and two plastic utensils for measuring flour. Additionally, there are 2 baking guides included (in English and Chinese).Apart from bread making, this machine can also make cookies, jams, and pasta. Overall, it's a hit with the kids in the house because they really enjoy these treats. Putting in a little effort results in delicious, piping hot dishes from this mini marvel. Making bread or other treats with this machine is simple; just fill the baking tray with ingredients, select the mode, and wait for the finished product.Honestly, initially splurging on this machine felt regrettable. I wondered, with bread readily available for purchase, what's the point of buying this machine? But after purchasing it, it's been a hit with the whole family. I can indulge in various types of bread: soft, regular, and crispy.
