A mysterious new Xbox controller appeared early this morning on Amazon, confirmed as the red Pulse Cipher, a special edition of the Cipher series with a unique transparent design, promising to captivate gamers who appreciate retro style. Details about this new controller were revealed thanks to Wario's keen observation on X (Twitter). Xbox then confirmed it as the red Pulse Cipher, which is currently available for pre-order exclusively on their website. This controller is launching just in time for Valentine's Day, featuring a dominant red color and transparent design, perfectly blending modern and nostalgic styles.
The red Pulse Cipher controller joins the Cipher family, which already includes the Blue and Ghost versions.
Microsoft typically unveils special editions around this time of year, much like last year's Dream Vapor and the Stellar Shift from the year before. This shows Microsoft's ongoing commitment to diversifying controller designs, offering more choices for users.
Before the Pulse Cipher name was officially confirmed, there were many speculations about the new controller.
