Samsung's partner, Sprinklr, also showcased a new app for syncing social media content to Samsung's digital displays, allowing retailers to connect real-time trending social media feeds to in-store screens. This technology enables live social data, including trending local content and a social command center where staff can view rankings and feedback. It also provides a way to bring top-performing online content into physical stores.
