In One Piece chapter 1137, the true identity of the Shanks look-alike is finally revealed.
The Elbaf arc, one of the most highly anticipated storylines in the One Piece manga, has introduced many intriguing mysteries and key characters. So far, this arc has provided exciting developments and left fans with many questions.
In the previous chapter, the manga delves deeper into the legend of the Sun God Nika and the brutal past of Loki. It also hints at Luffy's next moves and reveals the identity of an intruder on Elbaf Island. The woman, Gunko, is a member of the Holy Knights.
Now, in chapter 1137 of One Piece, the identity of the mysterious man with a striking resemblance to Shanks will be unveiled.

Chapter 1137 is titled 'Shamrock Appears'. The cover page introduces the next phase of Yamato's journey in Wano, revealing that the Oni group has infiltrated Who's Who's base.
The next chapter shifts focus to Luffy's group, accompanied by Zoro, Nami, and Road, as they journey to an abandoned castle. Inside, they discover the remains of colossal soldiers who perished during the night when Loki killed King Harald. Only Loki and Jarul survived that tragic event.
The Straw Hat trio encounters several horned giants, prompting Road to explain that these giants carry the blood of ancient giants. King Harald also had horns, but he had them broken off due to his hatred of violence.
Road further reveals that Loki and Hajruddin share the same mother but different fathers. Hajruddin's mother was unable to become the queen of Elbaph. A flashback shows Road and Hajruddin as children, sharing a close bond.
Back in the underworld, Gunko attacks Loki and his monstrous minions with her Devil Fruit power, the Arrow Arrow no Mi. However, Loki refuses to accept the offer to join the Holy Knights and ascend as a Celestial Dragon.

The mysterious man is finally revealed to be Saint Figarland Shamrock, leader of the Holy Knights and son of Garling. Shamrock bears an uncanny resemblance to Shanks, except for his longer hair and the absence of a scar on his face.
One Piece chapter 1137 has conclusively disproved the theory that Shanks is the mysterious man.
At the same time, it also debunks the theories linking Shanks to Garling and the World Government.
The chapter concludes with Shamrock and Gunko revealing that their mission is to use force to bring Elbaph under the control of the World Government.
A new chapter will be released next week.
