Tony Tony Chopper is the doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates. Chopper studied medicine under the guidance of Dr. Kureha, one of the best doctors in the Drum Kingdom, which boasts advanced healthcare systems.
Chopper is an extraordinary doctor with exceptional knowledge of both medicine and pharmaceuticals, as well as the ability to create remedies from common ingredients such as fruits, herbs, roots, and leaves found on almost every island. He is also skilled in surgery and resuscitation. Overall, Chopper can heal even the most grievous wounds.
During his two-year self-study, Chopper expanded his knowledge of herbal medicine through an extensive collection of books from the Torino Tribe in Torino Kingdom. His understanding of pharmacology grew significantly. With his newfound medical expertise and the skills he honed in Sakura Kingdom, Chopper's healing abilities as a doctor greatly improved. A prime example of this is seen in the Zou Arc, where Chopper, with the help of Mink Tribe doctors, successfully treated the colossal, thousand-year-old elephant Zunesha.
Chopper even managed to invent his own drug, the "Rumble Ball," after five years of research, which enhanced the fighting abilities of his Devil Fruit. Chopper also effortlessly developed a cure for one of Queen's most dangerous viruses, the Mummy virus, completing the task in a short period of time. Furthermore, Chopper has the knowledge to create his own viruses, though only for the purpose of combating other viral diseases.


2. Trafalgar D. Water Law
Trafalgar D. Water Law, commonly known as Trafalgar Law, is currently the captain of the Heart Pirates, a crew he established after leaving the Donquixote Pirates. He is also widely recognized by the title “The Surgeon of Death.” Law is one of the Supernovas from the Worst Generation and a former member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea.
From a young age, Law was proficient in medicine, having attended a medical science academy, with his father, the finest doctor in Flevance, personally instructing him on more complex procedures. Even after joining the Donquixote Pirates, Law kept his deep understanding of medicine, notably using the Ope Ope no Mi to rid his dying body of toxins. He possesses exceptional surgical abilities alongside impressive combat prowess. Law was able to perform surgery on both Luffy and Jinbe at the same time, immediately after they had narrowly escaped Akainu, successfully healing them both.
The spatial powers granted by the Ope Ope no Mi allow Law to perform even the most intricate surgeries effortlessly. These abilities enable him to operate on a patient's body, removing organs without causing any tissue damage, leaving no scars or spilling a drop of blood, while simultaneously extracting harmful toxins and impurities from the patient's system.


3. Phoenix Marco
Phoenix Marco was the former captain of the 1st Division of the Whitebeard Pirates. After the crew disbanded, Marco became a doctor in Whitebeard's hometown on Sphinx.
Since his childhood, Marco has been exceptionally intelligent, supporting the Whitebeard Pirates not only with his combat strength but also by offering his deep knowledge and understanding. He possesses enough medical expertise to act as a doctor aboard the ship.
With the powers of the Tori Tori no Mi, Marco can produce "Blue Phoenix Flames" from any part of his body, even without transforming. These phoenix flames are stronger than ordinary fire and possess remarkable healing properties. While enveloped in these flames, Marco can rapidly recover from almost any physical injury, much like a phoenix being reborn. Marco can also share these healing flames with others, allowing him to heal multiple individuals at once.


4. Doc Q
Doc Q, also known by the title "Death God", is the doctor for the Blackbeard Pirates. Despite his role as a doctor, he has a frail and weak body, requiring his horse, Stronger (who is just as frail as he is), to help him move around.
Doc Q suffers from a chronic illness, yet he is still a remarkably strong pirate, having earned a leadership position within the Blackbeard Pirates. This position is reserved for individuals with the strength to prove their power and importance to the crew.
As the crew's doctor, Doc Q possesses ample medical expertise to assist them. When Jesus Burgess was gravely injured by Sabo's Mera Mera no Mi, Doc Q provided clear instructions to Shiryu and Laffitte to bring him to receive treatment. Doc Q also demonstrates skills as a chemist, having developed an explosive liquid to inject into apples, causing them to explode with a single bite. Doc Q consumed the Shiku Shiku no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to spread disease, which could also aid him in his role as a doctor.


5. Aladine
Aladine is a fish-man. He was once a soldier in the Ryugu Kingdom before being captured and enslaved, only to later become a pirate serving as the doctor and later the vice-captain of the Sun Pirates. Aladine is married to Charlotte Praline, and he acts as a bridge between the Sun Pirates and the Charlotte Family.
In his role as the Sun Pirates' doctor, Aladine was trained in medicine to treat his injured comrades, as seen when he diagnosed the severely wounded Fisher Tiger and attempted to convince the captain to accept human blood for a transfusion. Despite the psychological scars left by his time as a slave, Aladine chose to put his past aside and tended to the wounds of the World Noble Mjosgard when he visited Fish-Man Island, at least in accordance with Otohime's wishes.


6. Hongo
Hongo is one of the senior members and the doctor of the Red-Haired Pirates. He has been a member of the Red-Haired Pirates for at least the past 12 years.
Hongo is a doctor with extensive knowledge of medical practices. Although there is no detailed description of his medical skills, the fact that this doctor has traveled with a Yonko's crew for such a long time, treating countless injuries from battles and diseases contracted from visiting distant lands, is enough to demonstrate Hongo's talent and vital role in healthcare. A skilled doctor is an irreplaceable member of any pirate crew in their quest for the One Piece.


7. Isshi-100
Isshi-20 (the predecessor of Isshi-100) consisted of the twenty most skilled doctors on Drum Island, individuals whom Wapol had seized to ensure that his people would become completely dependent on him. Isshi-100 is the renamed version of Isshi-20 after two years of their introduction, as they recruited an additional 80 doctors, forming a group of 100 talented physicians led by Dr. Kureha.
Isshi-20 was one of the highest-skilled doctor groups on Drum Island, possessing the necessary expertise to save Wapol's life even after he had been decapitated. The foundation of Isshi-20, along with the fact that Isshi-100 was personally recruited and trained by Dr. Kureha, is enough to guarantee the medical prowess of this group of 100 doctors, even though their specific skills are not described in detail within the storyline.


8. Dr. Kureha
Dr. Kureha is an elderly doctor who works on Drum Island. She is often referred to as a "witch" by some, and she is the one who cared for and mentored Chopper after the death of Hiriluk.
Dr. Kureha possesses exceptional medical skills and vast knowledge, making her one of the finest doctors in the world. Her understanding of medicine and healing is unparalleled, even among the advanced doctors of the Drum Kingdom. She has lived far beyond the average human lifespan without assistance, maintaining robust health. She created an antibiotic to cure Nami when she was bitten and infected by the Kestia bug, a species once thought extinct and difficult to treat.
Dr. Kureha is also one of the few doctors in the world authorized to use the strictly regulated NHC10 drug. She passed on much of her medical expertise to Chopper, who grew into a remarkable doctor. After founding a medical academy, she trained at least 80 students with the necessary skills to join Isshi-20, expanding the group's numbers to 100 under her leadership. She can even deduce Nami's body temperature by simply poking her forehead with her finger.


9. Crocus
Crocus is a doctor and the caretaker of the whale Laboon, as well as the guardian of the Twin Cape Lighthouse. Though he spent most of his life tending to the lighthouse, he also served for three years as a doctor aboard the ship of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger.
Crocus is considered one of the finest medical experts in the world. According to Rayleigh, Crocus was the only doctor capable of halting the progression of Gol D. Roger's terminal illness, extending Roger's life just long enough for him to reach Laugh Tale and conquer the Grand Line.
Crocus is also a skilled pharmacist, having developed effective medicines and provided large quantities to Roger so that he could sustain himself for the remainder of his life. He even created a sedative that worked on Laboon, the 400-meter-long whale. Furthermore, Crocus is an exceptional surgeon, having performed procedures to modify Laboon's body by installing conduits that facilitated medical treatment for the whale.


10. Hogback
Hogback is a "genius surgeon" renowned worldwide, who joined the Thriller Bark pirate crew of Gecko Moria and assisted him in creating a zombie army.
Despite his disregard for human life, Hogback gained fame for his exceptional surgical skills, which were considered miraculous. During his medical career, he healed and saved countless patients, which earned him fame and a considerable fortune.
Hogback's remarkable surgical abilities were sought after by Gecko Moria, who tasked him with creating numerous zombies on Thriller Bark, and even merging various monsters and lifeless objects together to enhance their strength. His expertise also allowed him to augment the physical strength of Absalom, Victoria Cindry, and even alter Oars' body by implanting a cockpit system in his stomach, aiding Moria in battle. His medical knowledge also enabled him to preserve hundreds of corpses as zombies that served Moria for years in their original, pristine state.
Even though Hogback's treatment of patients was driven purely by self-interest, he received numerous awards and accolades as a doctor. Upon his disappearance, the medical community was thrown into chaos, and Hogback became a legendary figure.
