2. TKV Material Supply Corporation
TKV Material Supply Corporation, originally founded as the Hòn Gai Coal Supply Department in 1960, was primarily tasked with providing materials, equipment, fuel, and timber for coal production. Over time, it has evolved through various names and roles, including Material Supply and Transport Services, and became an independent subsidiary of Vietnam Coal and Mineral Group. 3. Dong Bac Corporation
Dong Bac Corporation was established in 1994 through the merger of various coal mining units under the Ministry of Defense in Quang Ninh province, including 18 subsidiaries and affiliates of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group. 4. AESTKV Mong Duong Power Company
AESTKV Mong Duong Power Company (BOT Company) is the contractor for the Mong Duong 2 BOT Power Project. The company was established by shareholders AES Corporation (USA), Posco Energy (South Korea), and China Investment Corporation (China). The contractors for the project include: Construction and testing by Doosan Heavy Industries Vietnam; Equipment supply by Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction from South Korea; Project design and engineering by Doosan Electrical Equipment India.
The Mong Duong 2 BOT Power Project is located in Mong Duong, Cam Pha Town, Quang Ninh Province. The plant has a total capacity of 1,120 MW, with two 560 MW coal-fired units. The company invested USD 2 billion in this project under a foreign direct investment model as a BOT (Build – Operate – Transfer) project. The plant will be handed over to the Vietnamese government after 25 years of operation. The company plans to employ up to 7,500 workers, with a preference for local workers. The operational staff for the plant will consist of around 200 people, mostly Vietnamese, with a focus on hiring locally.

5. Cai Lan Vegetable Oil Limited Company (CALOFIC)
Cai Lan Vegetable Oil Limited Company (CALOFIC) is a joint venture between the Vietnam Vegetable Oil Industry Group (VOCARIMEX) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Singapore's Wilmar International Group. Established in 1996 with an initial capital of USD 22 million, and a total investment of USD 261 million to date, CALOFIC is one of the first joint ventures to lay the foundation for vegetable oil production and processing in Vietnam. CALOFIC currently operates two production facilities in Quang Ninh Province and Ho Chi Minh City, with a total capacity of 2,300 tons per day, along with two representative offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, employing over 1,000 staff nationwide.
Since its establishment, Cai Lan Vegetable Oil LLC has continually enhanced product quality, invested in modern machinery and automated production lines to manufacture high-quality cooking oils to meet both domestic demand and export requirements. In addition to consumer products, CALOFIC also supplies specialized oils and fats, packaged in various sizes, for use in food processing, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries through famous vegetable oil brands such as Neptune, Simply, Meizan, Kiddy, and Cai Lan.
