Composer Pham Toan Thang was born on January 29, 1987, in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. He mainly resides and works in Ho Chi Minh City. He is a singer and songwriter. He first gained recognition in 2004 when he wrote the song 'Cô bé mùa đông.' Pham Toan Thang has also earned three nominations and won two awards at the Cống hiến Awards.
In 2004, while still a student, Pham Toan Thang composed the song 'Cô bé mùa đông' for Đăng Khôi and Thủy Tiên. After its release, the song became a hit on the Vietnamese music charts. Pham Toan Thang shared that he never formally studied music and didn’t have any formal musical education; the melody simply appeared in his mind, and he wrote the lyrics. He continued composing music, but he did not release it at first, instead opting for a simple student life and engaging in social activities.
After graduating from HUFLIT University, Pham Toan Thang returned to his work as a composer. In 2010, he submitted his song 'Uống trà' to the Bài hát Việt program and won an award, which surprised many. Following the success of 'Uống trà,' he released other softer, more emotional songs. Pham Toan Thang mentioned that he discovered a way to balance his personal style with the market’s demands, allowing him to sustain himself as a music composer. Later, songs like 'Lạc,' 'Dấu mưa,' and 'Bốn chữ lắm' became popular with listeners. Pham Toan Thang said that he had written these songs a long time ago, but waited to release them, believing that each song was meant for a particular singer, and he was waiting for the right one to bring it to life.


3. Bich Phuong
Bich Phuong, whose real name is Bui Thi Bich Phuong, was born on September 30, 1989, and grew up in Quang Ninh. Although her family doesn’t have a background in the arts, they have always been her emotional support. Additionally, she inherited a playful and humorous personality from her family. Known as the 'Queen of Sad Songs,' Bich Phuong’s music primarily revolves around the sorrow of a woman in love. With her warm and expressive voice, her songs have gradually won the hearts of her fans.
In 2015, Bich Phuong released the song 'Mình yêu nhau đi,' which gained positive reactions and became a favorite among her fans. Over the course of her musical career, apart from working tirelessly to prove her talent, Bich Phuong has remained free from scandals and is praised by her audience for being highly creative and quick to embrace new music trends. Her career reached new heights with the success of her 2018 music video 'Bùa yêu.' Following the release of 'Mình yêu nhau đi,' Bich Phuong consistently released songs such as 'Gửi anh xa nhớ' and 'Bao giờ lấy chồng.' 4. Huy Tuan
Bui Huy Tuan, better known by his stage name Huy Tuan, was born on September 15, 1970, in Hong Gai, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh. He is a male composer, music director, and music producer in Vietnam. In 1993, along with Anh Quan, he formed the band Anh Em in Germany, and later became one of the key collaborators of singer My Linh starting in 1998.
Starting in 2003, alongside his work with the band 'Anh Em,' Huy Tuan began experimenting as a music producer. As a composer with many beloved works, Huy Tuan has also participated in several television programs, including 'Vietnam's Got Talent' and 'Vietnam Idol.' He was also a member of the Artistic Council for the 'Bai Hat Viet' and 'Sao Mai Diem Hen' programs. Huy Tuan is also well-known for his dedication to mentoring young singers, helping them establish solid foundations for their music careers, such as Van Mai Huong, Vu Cat Tuong, and Hoa Minzy.

5. Hồ Quỳnh Hương
Hồ Quỳnh Hương, born on October 16, 1980, in Quang Ninh, is a renowned Vietnamese singer who has received two nominations and one 'Cống Hiến' award. In addition, she has a deep passion for classical music and is known as 'the girl of awards' for winning numerous accolades throughout her singing career. Hồ Quỳnh Hương is recognized as one of the top singers in Vietnam today, famous for her sweet, soulful, and powerful voice, often compared to a precious gem of Vietnamese music. Her notable songs include 'Anh,' 'Ngày dịu dàng,' and 'Sao tình yêu.'
Hồ Quỳnh Hương gained public recognition after participating in the 2009 televised singing competition, where she won the Best New Artist award. In 2004, she won the 'Most Favorite Music Video' award, voted by the Art Council and viewers, in the 'VTV Bai Hat Toi Yeu' awards. She also won the 'Most Popular Pop Singer' award from the 'Mai Vàng' newspaper and the 'Best New Singer' award from 'Làn Sóng Xanh' in 2003-2004. In 2005, she won a gold medal for Best Professional Voice in the National Singing Competition and was named Favorite Singer by the audience of Ho Chi Minh City's Radio Voice (Giải Làn Sóng Xanh), along with receiving the 'Cống Hiến' award from the 'Thể thao & Văn hóa' newspaper and a certificate of appreciation from the Prime Minister.
However, in 2009, Hồ Quỳnh Hương took a break from her music career, which left her fans deeply disappointed. On May 28, 2022, she marked her comeback with the 'Quỳnh 2022' music night after an 11-year hiatus. During this two-hour event, she performed 20 songs, offering an unforgettable musical feast for the audience. Now settled in her business and personal life, she has decided to reconnect with her fans. Hồ Quỳnh Hương is a judge on the first and second seasons of the 'X-Factor Vietnam' and is currently a vocal instructor at the University of Culture and Arts – Military Arts. Aside from her music career, she is the founder of the vegan brand 'Loving Vegan Food' and is involved in business ventures.
