In 1916, the founder of Xiao Chun Lou, Master Ye Zhaoquan, moved from Fuzhou to Taiwan and opened a restaurant specializing in steamed buns, dumplings, braised dishes, and crispy fried pork ribs in Taipei. The business flourished and has now been passed down to the third generation.

Where is Ningxia Night Market?
Ningxia Night Market is located in the Datong District of Taipei City, Taiwan. The market is situated on Ningxia Road, close to the old Dadaocheng area and Dihua Street. You can easily reach the market by MRT (subway) or bus.
If you take the MRT, you can get off at Shuanglian Station (雙連站) on the Red Line (Tamsui-Xinyi Line) and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the market.
