Terminal 1

3. Transportation Options Between the Airport and Central Tokyo
Limousine Bus
Haneda Airport is connected to various locations in Tokyo and its surrounding districts by bus services.
The bus ride to central Tokyo takes approximately 30 to 80 minutes, with ticket prices ranging from 620 to 2,000 yen.
The first bus departs at 4:30 AM, while the last one leaves at 2:00 AM the following morning.
Tokyo Monorail
The Tokyo Monorail connects Haneda Airport to Hamamatsucho Station, where passengers can transfer to JR Yamanote or JR Keihin-Tohoku trains to reach Tokyo Station. Although the monorail is not operated by JR, it accepts Japan Rail Pass, JR Tokyo Wide Pass, JR East Nagano Niigata Area Pass, JR East Tohoku Area Pass, and JR East South Hokkaido Pass.
The Monorail operates every 15 minutes, with a fare of 490 yen to Hamamatsucho Station. The first train arrives at 5:12 AM, and the last one departs at 12:10 AM the following morning.
Keikyu Railways
Keikyu Railways connects the airport to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, as well as to the Asakusa Subway Line and the neighboring areas of Yokohama and Kanagawa.
The Keikyu trains run approximately every 15 minutes, with a fare of 410 yen to Shinagawa Station. The first train arrives at 5:29 AM, and the last one departs at 12:01 AM.
Taxi
A taxi ride from the airport to central Tokyo typically costs between 5,000 and 11,000 yen, depending on the destination and the time of day. Note that taxis may charge an additional late-night fee, usually around 20%, for rides between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM the following morning.

The service fee ranges from 300 to 800 yen per bag per day, depending on the size of the luggage, with a daily charge of 200 yen for coats. The maximum storage duration is 2 weeks. The service operates 24/7. Some oversized luggage may not be accepted for storage at the airport. Coin-operated lockers are available at both of the following locations with a fee of 300 to 500 yen per bag per day:

The service fee ranges from 300 to 900 yen per bag per day, depending on the size of the luggage, and 300 yen per day for coats.

There is now a direct flight from Hanoi to Tokyo, landing at Haneda Airport. Passengers flying from Ho Chi Minh City will need to take a flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, and then transfer to a flight to Haneda Airport.
