- Complete your check-in process online via the Vietnam Airlines website or mobile app.
- Use the Vietnam Airlines kiosks located at the airports for check-in.
- Proceed with the check-in process through Vietnam Airlines' customer service hotline.
- Proceed with airport check-in.
Regardless of the check-in method you choose with Vietnam Airlines, it is important to follow the airline's guidelines to ensure a smooth journey.
No matter the check-in method you opt for, there are essential things to keep in mind to ensure your flight proceeds without any issues.
- For example, when choosing to complete the check-in process online via the Vietnam Airlines website or mobile app, this option does NOT APPLY to passengers requiring special assistance or those traveling with children under 2 years old. The online check-in process can only accommodate up to 9 passengers per booking. If a booking contains more than 9 passengers, please perform online check-in multiple times for all passengers in the same booking.
- Additionally, check-in at kiosks is NOT AVAILABLE for passengers traveling with children under 2 years old; group bookings of more than 4 people for domestic flights, or group bookings for international flights; and passengers requesting special services (except for special meal requests).
- The check-in service via Vietnam Airlines' hotline incurs a fee of 5,000 VND per minute. Additionally, passengers requiring special services, such as unaccompanied minors or those needing assistance like stretchers/oxygen tanks, are also unable to complete check-in at kiosks.
When opting for check-in at the airport, make sure to plan your arrival time to ensure you can complete all necessary procedures on time for your flight. Vietnam Airlines does not allow passengers to board after the check-in counters have closed.
