A guide for making online flight ticket payments using domestic cards through the NAPAS gateway.

To make an online payment for your flight tickets at Mytour.vn, your domestic payment card must support online payment (internet banking). Therefore, before proceeding with the payment, please verify this functionality.

Step 1: Choose the payment method using a domestic card through the NAPAS gateway.

Step 2: On the next page, enter the card details:
Select the issuing bank
Cardholder name, Card number and Card expiration date (the expiry date printed on the card).
Click on Pay

Step 3: Next, you will be directed to the payment confirmation page of your bank => Click on the bank name to view detailed instructions.

Techcombank (F@staccess card)/ Agribank/ ACB/ Sacombank/ VPBank/ Bac A Bank/ ABBank

The OTP password will be sent to the phone number registered with the bank. On the OTP verification page, enter:
OTP password
Verification code (the string of characters displayed)
Click on Pay

Techcombank

Agribank

ACB

Sacombank

On the Vietcombank payment confirmation page, enter the required information:

Enter your username and password to access Vietcombank's internet banking service
Input the displayed string
Check the box that says “I accept all payment terms of Vietcombank”
Click on Pay

A transaction code (OTP) will be sent to the phone number you registered with Vietcombank

Enter the OTP code you received into the Transaction Code field
Click on Pay

Vietinbank: A prominent bank offering a wide range of financial services.

On the Vietinbank payment confirmation page:

Enter the displayed string
Check the box that says “I accept all payment terms of Vietinbank”
Click on OK

You will receive an OTP password (consisting of 10 digits) via SMS to your phone
On the verification page, enter this number in the OTP Password field
Click Pay

MB Bank: A trusted financial institution offering comprehensive banking services.

MB Bank will send an OTP password to the phone number you registered with the bank. On the payment verification page, enter this information:

OTP Code
Displayed character string
Click the Payment button

TPBank Card

On the TPBank payment confirmation page:

Enter your username and password used for accessing TPBank's internet banking
Enter the displayed code

Click on the Login button

You will be redirected to a page displaying your order details for review. If the information is correct, click Continue

Shortly after, an OTP code will be sent to the phone number you registered with TPBank. On the next page, enter the received code in the TOKEN CODE field and click Continue

The final page will show the transaction result. This means you have successfully completed your order payment.

BIDV Bank

On the BIDV bank interface, to confirm your payment:

Enter the password used for logging into BIDV's internet banking
Enter the displayed character string in the Captcha field
Click on Confirm

Then, an OTP password will be sent to the phone number you registered with BIDV
Enter this number in the OTP Password field and click Pay to complete the transaction

HDBank

On the payment confirmation page of HDBank, enter:

Your username and password used to access HDBank's internet banking
Enter the displayed character string in the Verification Image Result field
Click the Login button

After clicking the Login button, an OTP will be sent to the phone number you registered with HDBank. On the OTP verification page, enter:

The OTP in the SMS OTP Password field
Click the Pay button to complete the transaction

VIB Bank - VIB Values Platinum

On the VIB bank payment confirmation screen, enter the following details:

Your username and password for accessing VIB's internet banking service - VIB4U
Then click on Next Step

On page 2, click on the Show account list field to select the payment account. Then click Next Step to proceed with OTP verification.

Move to page 3:

Select Get OTP code to receive the OTP via SMS (if you have registered for the easy4U service), or via token key (if you have registered for the e-Gold4U, e-Diamond4U services)
Enter the OTP code into the provided fields
Then click Confirm to proceed with the payment.

EximBank

Sau khi nhận được mã OTP gửi tới điện thoại, bạn hãy nhập mã này vào ô Nhập OTP cùng chuỗi ký tự xác nhận bên dưới

Cuối cùng, nhấn nút Thanh toán

Ngân hàng Đông Á

Tại trang xác nhận thanh toán của ngân hàng Đông Á, bạn hãy nhập Mã số khách hàng và số Mật mã dùng để truy cập internet banking
Sau đó nhập Mã an toàn (chuỗi ký tự hiển thị)
Bấm nút Đăng nhập

Sau khi Đăng nhập thành công, mã OTP sẽ được gửi tới số điện thoại của bạn. Dùng mã này để điền vào ô trống

Click Confirm

A transaction confirmation message will appear. Click the OK button to complete the transaction.

Enter your Username and Password for internet banking at LienvietPostBank

Click Continue

On the next page, verify your order details. If everything is correct, enter the OTP password sent to your phone in the OTP Confirmation Code field
Click Confirm

The transaction confirmation page is as follows:

EximBank

Enter the OTP code in the Enter OTP field (this code will be sent to your phone via SMS)
Enter the given character string in the Enter the code below field
Click Pay

SHB Bank

On the SHB bank payment confirmation page, please enter the password you use to log into your internet banking account.
Then, type the characters shown in the Security Code field and click on the Login button.

Next, a verification code will be sent to your phone number registered with the bank. Please enter this code into the Verification Code field and click on the Confirm button.

SeABank, OceanBank, Nam Á Bank, PG Bank, VRB, KienlongBank, Maritime Bank, Việt Á Bank, GPBank, Bảo Việt Bank, PVcomBank

When you reach the bank's payment confirmation page, the OTP password will be sent to the phone number you have registered with the card-issuing bank.

Here, you will need to fill in the following information:

OTP password
Verification Code (The character string displayed)
Click on Pay to complete the flight booking payment transaction on Mytour.vn via the NAPAS gateway.
