The airport's Terminal 3 is incredibly modern
The airport currently has 3 terminals, with Terminal 3 being the newest. This terminal has a capacity of 34 million passengers per year since its inception during the 2010 Commonwealth Games. Terminal 3 is the world's 8th largest passenger terminal. The new terminal is connected to New Delhi by a newly constructed 8-lane road and a subway line that links to Connaught Place in the city center, making travel into the city incredibly convenient.

3. How to Travel from Delhi Airport to the City
When you arrive at Delhi Airport, be sure to check which terminal you're at to make finding your transport into the city easier. Terminal 3, the main terminal, is very large and handles all international flights and major domestic airlines, including Jet Airways and Air India. There is a free shuttle bus that runs between the terminals, with departures approximately every 2 minutes.
Taking a taxi is a fast way to get to the city
The Delhi Transport Company (green-yellow buses) and EATS (white-blue buses) offer transportation services. The EATS (Ex Servicemen's Airlink Transport Service) buses operate between the airport terminal and the city, with a total travel time of approximately 50 minutes. The ticket price is around 50₹ per adult, 25₹ for children under 12, and 25₹ for heavy luggage.
Terminal 3 also has a metro line that connects to Connaught Place in the city center, making it even easier to choose your mode of transportation.
Although there are many taxis waiting outside the airport, it's best to book a taxi in advance through Delhi Traffic Police to select a prepaid taxi service located outside the international terminal. 4. Important Notes for Immigration and Customs Procedures at Delhi International Airport
As per regulations, travelers to India must obtain a visa from one of India's diplomatic missions, unless they are from a visa-exempt country or can apply for an online visa. The electronic tourist visa must be obtained at least 4 days prior to arrival. This visa allows a single entry and permits a stay of up to 30 days from the date of entry, with a possibility of applying twice a year.
India currently offers a visa on arrival at certain airports for citizens of some countries, including Vietnam. The fee is around 60 USD. Therefore, a visa can be obtained from the Indian Embassy, online, or upon arrival at the airport.
