American Figs can be enjoyed fresh or transformed into various dishes, such as juices, smoothies, soups, or stews with pigeon or beef. These figs are highly nutritious, packed with fiber, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamins. Currently, the farm harvests between 50-80 kg daily, with some days exceeding 100 kg. The figs are sold at 200,000 VND per kilogram on weekends, with weekday prices reaching over 300,000 VND per kilogram. Suoi Tien adjusts the prices flexibly based on each season's conditions.
American Fig trees grow rapidly. They begin to bear fruit just 6 to 8 months after planting, and the fruit is ready for harvest 4 to 5 months later. Visitors to Suoi Tien Farm's American Fig Garden who wish to purchase figs are guided by the farm staff on how to pick them, ensuring the branches are not damaged during harvesting. In addition to fresh figs, Suoi Tien Farm also produces a variety of products, including juices, dried figs, fig-based cakes, and jelly.
