A dazzling flower street to welcome the At Ty Spring 2025
As a iconic symbol of Lunar New Year in Ho Chi Minh City, Nguyen Hue Flower Street is adorned annually according to the lunar zodiac theme. This year, the theme "A Land of Brocade and Flowers, Celebrating a Peaceful Spring" features an enormous collection of fresh flowers, with over 109,000 flower baskets of various types.
The flower street will open to visitors from 7 PM on January 27th until February 2nd. This year's theme is divided into three segments: Unity, Transformation, and Development. Each segment highlights the nation's challenging and heroic historical journey leading to its current progress.

The flower street is meticulously designed
As in previous years, this year's flower street is meticulously designed. The snake mascot makes a return after 12 years. The entrance gate features the standout pair of Kim Ty and Ngan Ty, showcasing impressive designs and sizes. Specifically, Ngan Ty, the female snake, measures 25 meters, while Kim Ty, the male, stretches 42 meters. The snake mascots are crafted with elegant curves, intertwined in two loops, and made from eco-friendly materials. Approximately 6,300 manually attached mica scales cover their bodies, complemented by LED lights running along their undersides. The snakes' eyes, with a diameter of 10cm, add a lifelike charm to the mascots.

In addition to Kim Ty and Ngan Ty, this year's flower street features around 90 other snake-themed mascots. Another highlight is the "Lady Ty" sculpture. Designed to resemble a Southern Vietnamese woman with a checkered scarf and conical hat, "Lady Ty" is modeled after a king cobra, standing tall and proud. The mascot's body is crafted from 3,000 foam scales coated with paint, showcasing intricate and detailed workmanship.

Nguyen Hue Flower Street also boasts grand displays such as "Celebrating the Spring of Unity" and "Dance of Spring." Alongside these are numerous other impressive installations, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. This event symbolizes the beauty of traditional culture and the progressive growth of Ho Chi Minh City.
