An update from the price-check system for flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh during the days leading up to the 2023 Lunar New Year reveals noticeable fluctuations in fare prices.
On January 18, 2023 (the 27th day of the lunar calendar), the best-value tickets were priced at 4,854,000 VND per way. This fare, available under the Businessflex class, was offered by Bamboo Airways for a flight departing at 10:45 PM.
On the same flight date, Vietnam Airlines offered tickets just slightly higher, priced at 4,884,000 VND per way, with various flight times available throughout the day for your convenience.
On January 19, 2023 (the 28th day of the lunar calendar), the 4,854,000 VND per-way tickets from Bamboo Airways, which were available the day before, were sold out. The only remaining option is the 4,884,000 VND per-way tickets from Vietnam Airlines.
On January 20, 2023 (the 29th day of the lunar calendar), the flight ticket prices for the route from Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh experienced considerable changes. According to Mytour, the lowest fare recorded was 2,590,000 VND for a one-way ticket. This favorable price was offered by VietjetAir for a flight departing at 7:00 PM. For two additional flights later in the evening, at 8:00 PM and 9:05 PM, the fares were priced at 2,610,000 VND per ticket.
Vietnam Airlines also listed a fare of 2,643,000 VND for a one-way ticket on flights departing late at night, at 11:05 PM and 11:30 PM.
After VietjetAir and Vietnam Airlines, Bamboo Airways released tickets priced at 2,651,000 VND and 2,656,000 VND for flights departing at 7:30 PM and 9:50 PM, respectively. These flights are now available for customers to review and select based on their preferences.
The system update on Mytour.vn is currently reflecting significant fluctuations in the ticket prices for the 2023 Lunar New Year flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Vinh. Overall, the prices remain relatively high, and on certain peak travel dates, the better fares have already sold out.
