Now, passengers wishing to pre-order meals for their Bamboo Airways flights can do so with ease and convenience. Specifically, here's how you can get started:
- On Bamboo Airways' website: Customers can book their tickets, enter personal details, and then choose their preferred meal from the available options in the 'Additional Services' section, proceeding with payment as usual.
- For customers purchasing tickets at Bamboo Airways' official ticket offices in the city or at the airport: Simply request the service, and a staff member will assist in placing the pre-order for the selected meal.

- The pre-order meal service is currently available for domestic flights departing from Hanoi.
- Please ensure you place your meal order with the airline at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee service on your flight.
Bamboo Airways offers a diverse menu for passengers, including dishes such as rice with meat, eggs, fish, various vegetables, seafood noodles, seafood fried rice, spaghetti with minced beef sauce, sticky rice with braised pork and eggs, Thai-style fried chicken with noodles, hot rice cakes, fruit, desserts, salted coffee, milk tea, and more.

Complimentary meals served by Bamboo Airways are available on routes such as: Ho Chi Minh City – Hanoi, and Hanoi – Can Tho.
Additionally, on flights with Bamboo Airways, passengers are typically provided with complimentary bottled water and refreshing towels.
