Important details about carry-on luggage for Bamboo Airways passengers that you should know before your flight
Passengers' carry-on luggage must be neatly arranged in the aircraft cabin
Hành lý xách tay của Bamboo Airways được quy định là 1 kiện hành lý xách tay với khối lượng tối đa 7kg và 1 vật dụng nhỏ có trọng lượng không quá 3kg.Trong đó trọng lượng và kích thước tùy thuộc hạng ghế được hãng quy định cụ thể như sau:
- Đối với hạng ghế phổ thông: Hành khách được mang theo 1 kiện hành lý có trọng lượng không quá 7kg với kích thước tối đa 115cm (56x36x23cm).
- Đối với hạng thương gia: Hành khách được phép mang theo 2 kiện hành lý xách tay, mỗi kiện tối đa 7kg và kích thước không quá 115cm (56x36x23cm).
Additionally, when flying with Bamboo Airways, you are allowed to bring along items such as a laptop, a women's handbag, a small backpack, a camera, duty-free goods, and a bag of food for children, with the condition that the weight does not exceed 3kg and the dimensions do not surpass 80cm (40x30x10cm).
If you exceed the baggage allowance on Bamboo Airways, passengers will be required to check in the excess luggage and pay the additional fees for this service.
Note:
- Children under the age of 2 are not entitled to carry-on luggage allowance.
- Frozen items can be carried as carry-on luggage if they meet the following conditions: Properly packed and sealed, within the allowed weight and size limits. If dry ice is used for preservation, the amount of dry ice should not exceed 2.5kg per person, and the packaging must ensure proper ventilation. Bamboo Airways is not responsible for any damage to these items (if any).
