WHAT IS THE BAMBOO PASS DYNAMIC PRE-PAID FLIGHT CARD?
The Bamboo Pass Dynamic is a pre-paid flight card designed to facilitate payments for airfare and additional services offered by Bamboo Airways on their website, using the card's available balance (based on the card's limit).
Conditions for applying fare prices:
- Baggage: Applicable according to the fare conditions of the purchased ticket
- Service upgrades and other conditions:
+ Service upgrades are available at a fee ranging from 2,750,000 VND to 3,300,000 VND per segment (depending on the flight route), with benefits aligned to Business Class standards, under non-refundable ticket conditions.
+ Flight itinerary and time changes are permitted at a fee of 330,000 VND per passenger per segment (subject to change at the time of modification) + any fare difference (if applicable).
Note: Purchased cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
GUIDE TO USING THE BAMBOO PASS DYNAMIC PRE-PAID FLIGHT CARD
LOGIN TO THE SYSTEM
Step 1: After successfully purchasing the Bamboo C Pass, customers should save the card code (Gift Voucher) to log in to the website and book flight tickets.
Passengers can book tickets using two methods:
- Method 1: Use the shortcut link: https://giftvoucher.bambooairways.com/booking/login
- Method 2: Log in from the Bamboo homepage at https://giftvoucher.bambooairways.com/, then select Use Voucher. (Located at the top right corner of the screen)
Step 2: The login screen will appear; enter your Gift Voucher code and Email, then select Login.
Step 3: The system will automatically send an OTP code to your Email; enter the code and select Verify.
Passengers enter card identification details and activate the card.
SELECT FLIGHT ITINERARY/ TRAVEL DATE
Step 4: After successful login, the ticket booking screen will appear. Passengers can select the Departure Point, Destination, Ticket Type (round-trip, one-way, or multi-segment), Departure Date, and Return Date. Then, click “Find Flights.”
Step 5: The fare table and ticket classes will display. Choose the appropriate ticket class for both outbound and return flights by clicking the selection box, then click “Continue.”
PROVIDE PASSENGER INFORMATION
Step 6: On the passenger information screen, fill in the passenger details. Fields marked with * are mandatory; please provide complete and accurate personal information in these fields, then click “Continue.”
CONFIRM ITINERARY AND PAY WITH PRE-PAID CARD
Step 7: After clicking “Continue,” a summary page of your itinerary will appear. Here, please review the details, enter your phone number, and proceed to payment.
After clicking the “Payment” button, a confirmation screen will appear, indicating a successful booking. At this point, the card balance will automatically be deducted according to the ticket price paid by the passenger.
An e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address. The ticket includes all relevant details about the passenger, itinerary, and booking reference.
Step 8: Upon receiving the e-ticket, you can either print it or save it on your phone. During check-in, Bamboo Airways will request the e-ticket for documentation purposes.
