• Passengers should pay attention to the recommended airport arrival time:
- Arrive at Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat airports 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- For other airports such as: Cat Bi, Tho Xuan, Vinh, Da Nang, Quy Nhon, Cam Ranh, Da Lat, Phu Bai, passengers should arrive 2 to 2.5 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Additionally, due to the increased number of passengers, the waiting time at check-in and security areas will be longer than usual. Therefore, Bamboo Airways advises passengers to arrive early at the airport, avoid crowded public areas, and proceed directly to the departure gate after completing check-in procedures.

- At Noi Bai International Airport:
+ The Bamboo Airways check-in counters are located from A21 to A28, including:
-> Counter A24: reserved for Business Class passengers.

- At Tan Son Nhat International Airport:
+ Gate G: From G1 - G2 for Business Class passengers.
