Check out the following recommendations to ensure your holiday flights go smoothly with the best possible service.

Bamboo Airways highlights important information for passengers during the busy Lunar New Year season.
The peak period for Lunar New Year travel is defined as the days before and after the holiday:
- Before the Lunar New Year: From 1st February 2021 to 11th February 2021 (from 20th to 30th of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Rat)

Bamboo Airways reminds passengers of several important points as follows:
Check-in counter opening times for domestic flights at the airport during the Lunar New Year period:
- Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) & Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City): 3 hours before the scheduled departure time, instead of the usual 2 hours.
- Airports: Van Don (Quang Ninh), Cat Bi (Hai Phong), Tho Xuan (Thanh Hoa), Vinh (Vinh City), Da Nang (Da Nang City), Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh), Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen), Cam Ranh (Khanh Hoa), Lien Khuong (Da Lat), Buon Ma Thuot (Dak Lak), Can Tho (Can Tho), Phu Quoc (Kien Giang): 2 to 2.5 hours before the scheduled departure time.
