- Regarding identification documents:
+ Vietnamese passengers must present a passport, national ID card, citizen ID card, or other valid documents as per the Ministry of Transport’s guidelines when flying.
+ Passengers under 14 years old are required to present an original birth certificate when flying.
+ All foreign nationals must present a passport, permanent resident card, or other valid documents as specified by the Ministry of Transport when flying.
- Passengers are not allowed to remove life jackets or child safety belts on the aircraft. Failure to comply will result in penalties according to regulations.
- Passengers must not open the emergency exits unless instructed by the flight attendants.
- Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited on the aircraft.
- Dangerous items (such as ammunition, detonators, bombs, guns, knives, sharp objects, or any tools that can cause injury) are strictly prohibited in restricted areas, the passenger cabin, and the cargo hold of the aircraft.
