VietjetAir opens the check-in counter for domestic flights 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. For international flights departing from Vietnam, the counter opens 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure. For international flights departing from outside Vietnam, the check-in counter opens between 2 to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
The check-in counter closes (end of passenger acceptance) for domestic flights 40 minutes before the scheduled departure, and for international flights, it closes 50 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The opening and closing times of the check-in counter may change in accordance with legal regulations and/or depending on the specific airport and flight, and will be publicly announced on VietjetAir's website, mobile app, or informed to passengers when purchasing tickets.
Passengers must be present at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. VietjetAir closes the boarding gate 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
