For customers booking tours to Thailand, Singapore-Malaysia, Singapore-Malaysia-Indonesia, Taiwan, Kunming-Lijiang, Beijing-Shanghai, Phoenix Ancient Town, or Jiuzhaigou, you will receive a gift exchange from a combo of Hat + Bag to a Suitcase. The gifts will accumulate based on the order value, as detailed in the table below.

Important Notes for Participating in the Program
Key points to remember when joining the "Book a tour now, Receive a premium suitcase" promotional program.
- In case of visa rejection, no gift will be provided.
- Customers must pay 100% of the order value, after which Mytour will send the gift to the customer.
- Gifts are limited in quantity, so the program may end earlier than expected if the gifts run out. Mytour will announce and ensure that all participants' rights are upheld.
- For international tours/visas: Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee if they want to have the gift delivered to their home. Domestic travel products will include free shipping of gifts to the customer’s address.
- Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
- This program cannot be combined with other promotions (discount codes, vouchers, other special programs from Mytour...).
