It can be said that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various sectors worldwide, especially the aviation industry. Currently, domestic airlines are gradually resuming operations to adapt to the 'new normal'. However, to ensure the safety of both passengers and flight crews, health declarations have become an indispensable requirement.

STEP 1:
Passengers visit the official VietJet Air website at www.vietjetair.com. On the homepage, there are two options displayed: DOMESTIC TRAVEL DECLARATION and BORDER ENTRY/EXIT DECLARATION. Passengers flying domestically should choose DOMESTIC TRAVEL DECLARATION.
STEP 2:
After selecting DOMESTIC TRAVEL DECLARATION, the screen will navigate to the website https://vietnamkhoemanh.vn/register as shown below. Passengers need to enter their personal phone number correctly and click CONTINUE.
The Vietnam Khỏe Mạnh helpline will send an OTP code to the passenger's phone for verification. The passenger must enter this code into the provided field and click CONTINUE.
STEP 3:
The screen will navigate to the Health Declaration page. Here, passengers must select Domestic Travel Health Declaration and provide COMPLETE, ACCURATE, and HONEST information as requested. Note: Fields marked with * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
- Declaration type: Declaration for yourself, on behalf of someone else, or for children under 14 years old (without ID/CCCD).
- Self-declared information: Passengers need to fill in personal details such as Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, ID/CCCD/Passport Number, Phone Number, Permanent Address, Current Residence, etc.
- Travel Information: In this section, since passengers are flying with VietJet Air, they should select the Public Transport option and fill in important details such as Booking Code, Vehicle Number, Departure Time, Destination, Departure Location, etc.
- Health Declaration Information: This section is crucial, covering the passenger's health details such as: Travel to any provinces, cities, or countries in the past 14 days; showing symptoms like fever, cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste; contact with Covid-19 confirmed or suspected cases; Covid-19 test within the past 72 hours; vaccination status for Covid-19, etc.
STEP 4:
- After completing all the required fields, scroll to the bottom of the declaration page, check the boxes as shown below, and click the SUBMIT FORM button.
STEP 5:
- The screen will display a message saying “Domestic travel declaration successful” along with a QR code. Passengers can choose to “Save the QR code as an image” or “Print the QR code” and select Finish to complete the health declaration process.
Important notes for passengers when completing the electronic health declaration:
- Passengers should only submit the health declaration within 24 hours before the flight departure, avoiding early submission to prevent potential inaccuracies in the information provided.
- All information submitted must be complete, accurate, and truthful.
