- Choose between Vietnamese or English language
- Enter the correct booking code, e-ticket number, or frequent flyer card number (if the customer provided their membership card number during the booking process).
- Select the passenger (if a group booking), and choose the flight to check in.
- Select a suitable seat for your flight.
- Proceed with printing your boarding pass.
Note:
Passengers can check in online through the Kiosk check-in service from 24 hours to 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time for international flights.

- After receiving the boarding pass, passengers can proceed directly to the security checkpoint (if they don't have checked luggage).
