To ensure convenience for passengers on every flight, Pacific Airlines PERMITS travelers to purchase prepaid baggage. However, passengers must adhere to the airline’s established regulations when making such purchases.

To ensure absolute safety on every flight and comply with the strict regulations of the Aviation Authority, Pacific Airlines provides guidelines regarding baggage, allowing passengers to properly arrange their luggage according to the specified weight limits. Specifically:
- When flying with Pacific Airlines, each passenger is allowed to carry a maximum of 7kg of hand luggage.
- Passengers are prohibited from bringing sharp objects such as knives and scissors, items that can cause harm like clubs and metal bars, as well as flammable, explosive materials or hazardous chemicals into the aircraft cabin.
If passengers require additional baggage allowance, it is advisable to plan ahead and purchase extra checked baggage early when booking tickets. The cost is 120,000 VND per 10kg item and 230,000 VND per 23kg item. Alternatively, passengers can purchase at the check-in counter for 230,000 VND per 10kg item and 400,000 VND per 23kg item.
At the boarding gate, if your carry-on luggage exceeds the allowed weight limit, it will be checked in to ensure flight safety. The fee is 500,000 VND per item under 15kg, and for any additional weight beyond 15kg, a charge of 45,000 VND per kilogram applies.

Note:
- All ticketed passengers are eligible to purchase prepaid baggage, except for infants under 2 years old.
- Applicable to flight routes operated by Pacific Airlines.
- Prepaid baggage must be purchased no later than 6 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Pacific Airlines stipulates that prepaid baggage is sold in standard units of 23kg and 10kg, with a maximum total dimension of 158cm (sum of three sides).
- Baggage items with any single dimension exceeding 158cm/62in but not exceeding 203cm/80in are considered oversized baggage, and passengers must pay an additional oversized baggage fee.
When flying with Pacific Airlines, passengers can purchase up to 40kg of additional baggage.
- Each passenger is allowed to purchase a maximum of 40kg of baggage.
- All prepaid baggage is valid only for the purchased flight and ticket. It can be rescheduled or transferred to a new itinerary of equal or higher value. Any changes must be made at least 6 hours before both the original and new flight departure times.
- Prepaid baggage is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or passenger tickets.
- If a passenger's actual checked baggage weight or size exceeds the Free Baggage Allowance and Prepaid Baggage limits at check-in, the excess baggage must be purchased according to the applicable regulations.
